The conference participation fee includes:
- academic program
- welcome reception at the Barkhof (Wednesday, 26.5.2010)
- senator reception at Bremen Town Hall (Thursday, 27.5.2010)
- program booklet / compilation of abstracts
- seasonal ticket for public transport within zone 100 (city) valid 26.–29.5.2010 (will be delivered on site at the conference office)
- catering during all coffee and lunch breaks
The workshop participation fee includes:
- catering during coffee and lunch breaks
- welcome reception at the Barkhof (Wednesday, 26.5.2010)
Participation in pre-conference workshops:
- Workshops are limited to an attendance of 20–30 participants.
- Reservation follows the chronological order of registration and payment.
- Please note that your reservation expires if you fail to pay the fee within 14 days after registration!
Registration:
- The registration fee is compulsory for participation.
- The conference program is subject to change.
Payment:
- The registration fee is due from the date of registration.
- Payment can be made by direct debiting (only if you have an account in Germany) or credit transfer.
- Payments made by direct debiting or credit transfer have to show up on the conference account by 12.5.2010 the latest. Belated payments can be made at the on-site conference office (no credit cards!)
- All payments are required to be made in Euros.
- Banking charges are made to the participant.
Cancellations:
- A refund of 50% is granted if you cancel your participation before or on 31.3.2010.
- After that date the full participation fee remains payable in case of cancellation.
- Cancellations are required to be directed in written form to witago.
